Over 45 years of experience
SIPAL was founded in 1978 and quickly established itself as an engineering hub for the aerospace sector, operating in environments with the highest requirements for confidentiality and information protection.
At the end of the 1980s, joining the FININC Group enabled SIPAL to expand its activities into the development of products for the protection of technical and industrial data. In the second half of the 1990s, the company evolved from supporting complex systems design to taking on a more active role in their development.
Throughout the 2000s, SIPAL grew in terms of revenue, resources and geographical presence. In 2023, the company embarked on a major industrial and organisational transformation, focusing on proprietary products, high-value technologies and customised solutions. In 2024, the opening of the Washington office strengthened its presence in the US market. Today, SIPAL consolidates its role as a technology and industrial partner, integrating engineering, manufacturing and advanced technologies across the entire development lifecycle.
Production plant
The Montà (CN) facility, owned by the FININC Group, the holding company of which SIPAL is part, covers a total area of 15,000 m². The facility enables the in-house management of specialized processes and the manufacturing and handling of large-scale structures, while providing significant room for future expansion.
SIPAL adopts an integrated mechanical engineering model that strengthens its in-house expertise and supports the development of high-end solutions. This approach ensures more direct control over the entire production process, with enhanced oversight of quality and lead times.
