JOB DESCRIPTION:

Operations Manager activities pursuant to Legislative Decree 36/2023 and subsequent amendments, as well as the Guidelines on the procedures for carrying out the functions of the works director and the contract execution director, approved by the Regulation referred to in the Decree of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport of 07/03/2018 no. 49. Contribution to the design of technical variants related to works in progress.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Applicants must have served as Operations Manager over the last 5 years for works relating to complex infrastructural projects, particularly in road/railway construction sites; professional qualification and registration in the relevant professional association is required; possession of the requirements suitable for performing the functions of CSP and CSE pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments is also required.
  • Excellent knowledge of CAD/BIM modeling programs, accounting software (Primus, TeamSystem Construction, Blumatica Pitagora or similar), project management/scheduling software (Microsoft Project), and software for drafting PSCs and the Work File (CerTus, Blumatica PSC or similar). Excellent knowledge of the Office suite.
  • Initiative, precision and flexibility, autonomy. Problem-solving aptitude. Good predisposition to work both in teams and independently.
